Paweł is the co-founder and CEO of Future Force Foundation. He also co-founded and serves as CEO of VCLeaders, an educational platform for professionals in the venture capital industry.
Previously, Paweł was Managing Partner at COBIN Angels, Poland's largest Business Angel organization. He also worked for various international and local tech companies. Paweł started his career in banking, leading and participating in debt transactions with an aggregate value of more than EUR 2bn. An advisor to international and local VC funds, Paweł believes that capital will play an essential role in the impact transformation of our business and society.
Maria Belka, Ph.D., is the co-founder and a Member of the Management Board at Future Force Foundation. She also co-founded and serves as President of Mentors4Starters, a pioneering mentoring and consulting initiative helping young people turn their ideas into successful careers.
In the past, Maria served twice as a curator of the Warsaw hub of Global Shapers, an initiative of the World Economic Forum. Additionally, she managed the Polish branch of the Prytek investment fund and was CEO of BIT EVIL S.A., a listed company. Her international experience includes work with the United Nations and the European Parliament, where she served as an expert and cooperated with the European Commission. She has been honored on the NEW EUROPE100 Challengers list and the Top 100 Women of V.C. and Start-up Ecosystem - Poland. Forbes has also listed her among the 23 women to watch for in 2023.
Maia is the co-founder and a Member of the Management Board at the Future Force Foundation. She is also a co-founder and Head of StratCom Alliance4Europe and has co-created various organizations and foundations because she believes in the greater impact of working together.
Maia is an expert in countering disinformation with over 15 years of experience in political management, foreign affairs, and communication across government, business, and civil society organizations. She regularly speaks, moderates, and trains on these topics. A lawyer educated in Poland and the United States, Maia believes that changing how we communicate is necessary to foster greater understanding between people
Joanna is a Member of the Management Board at the Future Force Foundation. She also serves as COO and a Management Board Member at VCLeaders, an educational platform for venture capital professionals.
Previously, she worked at COBIN Angels, Poland's largest business angel organization, managing communication, event organization, and community. Joanna graduated from the Global Shapers Warsaw Hub of the World Economic Forum and the Aspen Young Leaders Program. Before that, she worked as an English-language journalist at the Polish Press Agency and the First News. Joanna began her career in the non-governmental sector, holding several positions at the European Academy of Diplomacy, including the Head of the Visegrad School of Political Studies. She remains involved in the education sector and works with youth as a trainer, consultant, and facilitator.
